Very relatable. Being afraid of doing anything new because I’m so sure I’ll mess it up and do it wrong or get asked something I’m not prepared for. Same reason I want to try and research things as much as possible beforehand. It’s not as bad as it used to be for me but I definitely still relate.

It’s been playing through a few errands and chores today.
As a tall guy who has never done fencing I think that’s pretty awesome. Sounds fun. I do other combat sports and it’s important to practice with people of different sizes, so in a way you are helping them become better at the sport.
That and imposter syndrome. How could I really be autistic when I’ve done fine (but not really) up until now? And some people reinforcing that as well, saying you couldn’t be on the spectrum because you seem to do ok socially or whatever it is.
Sure my comment wasn’t particularly serious and it’s good to be sceptical. This finding isn’t all that surprising though given the other research on dietary cholesterol or at least that’s my understanding. Please correct me though. Still it sounds like you’re right that this one study isn’t particularly compelling by itself.
