Health insurance premiums are going way up next year for people who buy their insurance on Healthcare.gov or the state-based marketplaces, according to an analysis out Friday.

The average person who buys Affordable Care Act insurance will be paying 75% more for their premium, according to the analysis from KFF, a nonpartisan health policy research group.

Which a lot of people won’t be able to afford, which means they’ll lose their insurance, and without Medicaid they’ll lose access to healthcare entirely.

This is deliberate, calculated mass murder.

Hell even my scumbag united healthcare insurance sent me a letter saying they’re going to have a 35% increase… Scumbags get to just keep milking people for profit, but employees get literally nothing but devalued wages due to inflation and arguments against raises because of what Mango Mussolini is doing to the economy…

Did you consider their CEO died and then they got scared of the public and are now being sued because they weren’t mustache-twirlingly evil enough for the shareholders when they thought all of them would be next? You didn’t, did you? Cause you’re selfish

      /s

Seriously fuck that company and the whole system it exists in.

Republicans trying to make universal healthcare an easier sell.

Or trying to kill people. It can’t be that, right?

Price gouging went unpunished for years, why would they ever stop. The entire point is to ensure that working people have no money. Each industry is competing to get the largest cut.

My private health insurance premiums go up $50 per month every year. I can’t wait to see what Kaiser does this year as they decide they’re entitled to their 75% increase as well.
