This works surprisingly well.
You would think that, but then afterwards, I just add more tasks, because there’s always something to do. The tasks never end, and therefore, my stress doesn’t either.
Things I’m doing instead of completing tasks:
- Reading books about completing tasks
- Waiting until tomorrow to start fresh (on another book)

But what if the task is so cripplingly boring that it’s almost physically painful?
That’s where headphones and audiobooks/podcasts come in.
How dare you
And dont start 50 new tasks a day

Not if you then have to anxiously wait for someone to complain about how you did it!
