I discovered it when I was like 15-16. But Some middleschooler did explain to me where kids come from when I was 8 that was a whole thing.

I had a bus skip my part of the route in US.

They literally took a whole different route that skips over the stop sign I am waiting at so they can get to the last stop faster and clock out.

I was using dart which gives live maps view of where the bus is.

Also sometimes busses malfunction and can’t work but still go through all the stops, just don’t let people in. Dart doesn’t tell you they malfunctioned. You have to see for yourself when bus rolls by.

As far as drivers are concerned, someone’s phone wasn’t working so they restarted it to show the ticket. Our driver called the police for “delaying the bus.” Entire bus had to walk to next stop.

If they effect others greatly and only reason to use them is for convenience it actually does bother me to be honest.

Like if some stranger tells me they often commit drunk driving I see them as assholes even if they never almost hit me.

Interestingly, how nuch I care would depend on physical distsnce between us. I care less if they are in a different state and even less in a different country.

I rarely care about stuff people do outside the continent I am living in.

Problem is who gave us right to force people in the other side of the world to do this?
