Growing up in an area with a strict Dunkin Donuts allegiance…
They’ve never had good donuts but their coffee was cheap and the donuts were too, which was good. I could still go for an iced coffee and Boston creme but not for the price they’re selling it for these days.

I mean, handsome dude, physically fit enough to go kill, human enough to protect a small creature. It’s not all looks.
It is looks, don’t get me wrong, but at least you know he might help with the baby and such.
She wants it reworded to be less hurtful but she’s keeping ‘his’ dog?
She’d better start mentioning he kicked it or she just painted herself as… Well, not the worst but, like, really low… Ain’t no ‘amicable’ if you’re kidnapping the dog.

I don’t agree with their desire to lock things down but this probably wasn’t totally a case of that.
Even the English one is from the 1950s, there’s so many more phrases used these days that are highly regionally dependent, not even just an American English vs British English but different cities will sometimes have their own preferences.
