I’m not a political scientist or anything, but I think you should probably stop doing business with the USA, stop using US weapon systems, stop accepting US loans, and stop using the US dollar for international trade before declaring them terrorists.

I really like this attitude! A lot of people from where i live are already boycotting American products and services, we can take it a step forward and move towards de coupling economically from the united states. A lot of important manufacturing is comes from east Asia already, the future of energy is solar, Europe is going to great lengths to decouple technologically and establishing regulations for big tech. And American products have been gradually enshittifying for decades, american products are more expensive, their quality has been driven down by lack of regulation and american companies have been become stauchnly anti consumer, even their movies and tv suck these days!
So your idea is awesome: Not doing business with nazis would be great for the world, and the americans are already isolating themselves with their abusive militaristic attitude! It would be great to live in a world where we are not tied to american trade agreements and they cannot enforce economic terrorism on whoever they want and where everything is not tied down to the dollar!
