These people are all acting in bad faith and it’s their plan and their weapon.

They have spent decades filling the courts with Christian nationalist and now they have the supreme court.

They bring these suits knowing they are against the constitution but will appeal them with the goal of getting them to the highest court where they will be able to win.

It’s this bad faith bullshit that our constitution must be protected against as our forefathers did not expect such a thing. The Constitution must be shored up to prevent this type of bad faith to ever exist.

These Christian nationalist, these lawyers, these foundations designed with the sole purpose of Christian rule cannot be allowed anywhere near government, and must be abolished and banned.

The heritage foundation, the mega churches, the focus on the family, and all other bad faith groups of the American constitution and democracy must be destroyed.

Freedom of religion means freedom from religion, as well as choice. The government and the church must ALWAYS be separate, and any one or thing meant to bond them must be dealt with like a cancer.

All right, time to spin up that “Public Church of Satan Elementary” across the street and ask to be put on the same lawsuit as ‘amicus curiae’, right? Right??

The lawsuit also cites the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of equal protection and the First Amendment’s guarantee against government preference for a particular religion, known as the establishment clause.

No public funds should be going to support any school indoctrinating children with religious propaganda.
