Honestly the fact it’s being allowed to be published in the media means this probably isn’t a big deal or they are making up a attack to use to like, justify more money for security or some further crack down on online anonymity. Or something else of that nature.

I don’t see it reported much anywhere.
Maybe they’re keeping it mum and Times is just sort-of appealing to their base with obscure info.
