So, what are you doin’ later? 😘
All I, all I, all I, all I wanted
Was a bit of bread
Mama called me disappointment
Papa called me fatI like it garlic, rye, and brown
Banana, honeybun
Brioche, focaccia, naan
Bagel, baguette, and croissant
I like it black and white
I like it thick and fried
It’s always on my mindLook at my bakery
I got some cake, I got flavours
It’s hot and spicy, sweet and savoury
Bake it, cook it, make it right
Matzo, pizza make me high
Sold my mom for piece of pie, bye, byeOh, mamma mia
That was a bad idea
Explosive diarrhea
That gluten’s really bad
But sorry
Bread makes me kinda horny
My homies tried to warn me
I’m celiac and deadThe best bread is not from France. It’s from eastern Europe especially the Baltic countries.
That delicious, dense, dark fermented rye bread?
My mother used to make it and call it “Lvov bread” took me a while to work out that it is in fact not Ukrainian but Latvian.
But yes the fermented stuff is also delicious.
omg yes, American rye bread varieties are not so dense. I want the good stuff!
I wouldn’t necessarily call Germany Eastern Europe but hey, part of it was
German bread, while better than french bread, is still not as good as polish or Baltic bread. Or Finnish for that matter. But generally the good bread is found in potato Europe. Tomato Europe takes wheat (the most boring grain) removes anything interesting from it and bakes it into something flavourless. Although I will give Italy credit for focaccia.
meie?

This is a hate crime (I’m celiac)
