Yeah im unionized and realized that the union is there to keep the peace between the boss and workers, not actually do anything if the worker is being abused. Having said that, union all the way, i would take this shit over my old non union job any day
In many situations the union is a good way to put more pressure on the boss. Yes, the boss can still do something shady, but the consequences are likely to be more significant.
