Halloween isn’t really a big thing in my country, apart from kids here and there in safe enough areas that trick or treat. There’s probably dance / alternative / goth clubs that do dress up nights though. But all I saw this year that stuck out to me was online, Heidi Klum:

I seem to remember that she does something pretty epic every year though.

One of my dad friends got to trick or treats with his kid in one of the most suburb place of the city. He put on his union shirt and toque, he said that people were horrified

I have seen nothing of particular note in person, despite going to an inner-city big block party event. Because, honestly, most costumes are lazy or assembled with a “can’t be bothered” attitude. So I’ll just be super shallow and say I saw a really cute, short asian girl dressed as a kitten, and that’s honestly all that stuck in my mind.

I actually didn’t see any this year unless the fursuits at BLFC count. Even when I saw parents in my apartment complex clearly taking their kids out to go trick or treating on Friday, the only way I could tell was because they had candy buckets. No costumes. :/
