Wow. That’s probably the stupidest article I’ve read in a while. Was this written before or after they passed that massive infrastructure bill that basically greenlights everything she says the federal government is not going to do? Everything she’s complaining about, are all the exact things that Carney campaigned on getting done. He’s been talking about doing ALL this shit, for months now, and has backed it up with legisaltion.

Like, what the actual fuck is she even talking about, at this point?

Reminder: Calgary Herald is owned by Postmedia, which is owned by Republican-linked American private equity. Regard Postmedia articles with immense suspicion. To say they don’t represent Canadians’ interests is an understatement.

Coincidentally enough, Danielle Smith is also owned by Republican-linked private equity firms!

    Ha!

If that’s what record setting oil production and a massively over budget pipeline on the federal dime feels like… Smith is a pansy knocked over by a gentle pat.

“Punched in the face”, sure 🤣

Danielle Smith has been punching Albertans in the face for her entire time in office, and they’re paying her to do it.

If Alberta would stop thinking not having their preferred political leaders in power is an attack on them, maybe we could talk. Until then, maybe they can stop being dicks to the rest of the country all the god damn time?

I can’t speak for all of Canada but I, as an individual, am metaphorically punching her in the face. But just her though.

I know this is just DS gaslighting as usual, But also, idiots who run their mouth and disrespect others, tend to get punched in the mouth after they cross a line, a lot of people not getting their ass whooped after disrespecting others earlier in their lives, is how you get silver spoon narcissitic nepo baby sociopaths like who make up so many CEOs, Executives, and Politicians of today.

Slapping someone across the face is a traditional method of bringing them to their senses when gentler measures have failed.

These are policies such as the No More Pipelines law, the net-zero power regulations, the cap on oil and gas emissions, “causing so much harm to our economy and fanning separatist intent.”

So she’s that kind of person, I see.
