I knew lightning could strike horizontally and downward. But never realized it could go up. That just seems so weird to me.

Do you remember what you guys were using to burn millions of CDs at the time? Genuinely curious how it was done at that scale, as I think it was one of the biggest CD campaigns.
Personal preference, but elixir just strikes a balance that doesn’t make me feel like I’m reading hieroglyphs so I’m actually happy to see it praised.

I suppose under a certain lens realism can be viewed as depressing. But when you remember we are all stardust, born from explosions, a rare occurrence in and of itself that resulted in our lives, one doesn’t need remembrance to feel special about themselves. That becomes somewhat trivial in the grand scheme of the universe.
In fact it almost seems like a cry for help to want to be remembered, like as if you are so fearful of death that you’d waste the time you were given making others think you’re somehow better than the rest, when the truth is we are all more alike than we are different.

I met her about 9 years ago or so in NYC through a friend of mine over coffee. At the time she was a democrat with strong views about war, given her past experiences that made sense.
Now she is fully unhinged. Sad to see these people who are so willing to change allegiances just to acquire some semblance of power.

Out of all the electrical components inside your computer that are capable of setting your home on fire, power supplies are at the top of the list. It’s not worth saving a little money on that one component compared to pinching on something else if you must.
