1·6 days agoIt wouldn’t help much with inflation, but it wouldn’t fluctuate as much as bitcoin due to all transactions being secret It is relatively stable. With monero you wouldn’t have to worry about the value changing a lot in the span of a couple of hours.
I believe monero has protections to prevent this. All transactions are secret.
Yep definitely, it is amazing. It is what BTC should have been.

My guess they will block VPN services IP addresses like proton, shouldn’t affect business VPN.

You are correct that this law is dangerous regardless lf implementation though.
Banks have many safeguard to protect clients for example PCI DSS. On the other hand as far as I know this is a law requiring them to verify people and I don’t think there is a standard for this. Every company will do its own thing. Highy regulated would require them to have some standard, and I don’t see that.
Banks are highly regulated so it is not surprising that they would be strict in this, reddit on the other hand has no business doing it.
It is not just that, I don’t trust Persona security, if a malicious actor installed a silent program that monitors users and sends it to a command and control center they probably won’t know for months or even years. Cyber security is very bad in most companies.
5·18 days agoI don’t mean anything by it I am just informing in case you didn’t know. Thanks for the other suggestions, but they unfortunately request only and I don’t have time to wait for a reply, they are useful for next time I am looking for a research though.
The nexus bot was removed because of copyright and the website and IPFS don’t work, they are stuck on searching.
This falls on the parents instead because of dumb laws every one has to deal with this, I just hope that not all countries are this insane:
users in the UK have had to take photos of themselves and upload it to a service that uses AI to guess their age. Or, send in photos of ID such as passports or driving licenses.
