This is the best answer I’ve seen. But why aren’t more people recommending Pop Os! Pop Os is by far my favourite as a noob user. I’ve live booted all the popular distros and Pop Os has the nicest interface a everything works so smoothly.

Ok not AI, ty. I’m still not convinced it’s real.
Quest For Booty is my favourite since the PS2 era, great puzzles and story, but it’s so short!
I fing love this post. You’re making me feel old but I’m glad younger peeps appreciate these games too. Igrew up on the PS2 and you’ve already got some amazing games there including some I missed and might have to try myself.
Anyway, here’s my favourites. You have to try try the Ratchet and Clank games, at least the first one! They’re still super unique and iconic today. I feel the most nostalgic about the 1st but the 3rd (going commando) probably has the best gameplay. The second is a longer, harder grind but still great. And the 4th (gladiator) is similar to the 3rd, but less story.
Other than that, Red Dead Revolver, Jak and Daxter, Medal of Honor Rising Sun and Battlefield 2 were all amazing. And Sly 3 if you liked Sly 2.
I wouldn’t add pirated games to steam. I think I heard they can ban your account for that. But yeah agree, don’t support bs practices.
The Battle of Polytopia is a fantastic turn based strategy that I’ve spent way too much time playing.
Beholder is also great on mobile. Similar authoritarian setting to Paper’s Please, lot’s of decisions, consequences and replayability.
I Love Hue is a super relaxing colour puzzle game.
Paris from The Sabetour absolutely deserves a mention. It’s a big city that you mostle travel by car, but it still feels rich and detailed on foot.
Yeah Florence was awesome. The little historical building notes around the city really added to the depth, like a virtual guided tour. That’s the only AC game I’ve played properly though.
The Imperial City comes to my mind too, especially if you’re a theif. It’s not big like a modern city, but there’s hardly a single door you can’t enter, and I just love how so many basements connect to the sewers, it’s like you can almost navigate the whole city underground, except you’re more likely to get lost down there!
Our emissions are much higher than the world average per capita
The number of houses I’ve been to with taps and toilets that just leak water 24/7. I want to save water and not be part of the problem, but it’s hard when everyone else gives 0 Fs.
I get what you’re saying. I also think society is too sensitive about nudity in general. I’m certainly not saying men should be fined for not wearing a shirt, it’s just my perspective. At the beach or pool is normal, but not just out on the street. Anyway I was only trying to say I don’t think stardards between men and women are so different in this particular case. Well I mean standards are definitely different, but (laws aside) not black and white different.
For what it’s worth I think it’s kinda weird for other guys to not wear a shirt in public, like dude what are you doing, put your shirt on.
When people start talking about why they deleted instagram etc because of all the ads and time wasting, I tell them I’m using / posting on Pixelfed etc because it’s community owned, no ads, no brainwashing. That gets them interested but not enough to go and figure out what an instance is.
It’s obvioulsy dated. It’s advice comes off as trying too hard today (maybe that was true when it was written too). But I think it’s helpful. I read it because it was there on the bookshelf, but maybe other books would’ve helped me more. ‘Supercommunicators’ was way more valuable, but I’d say covers a deeper level of social skills, ‘How to Make Friends…’ coveres the basics better.
I think there was at least one case where the city went broke maintaining roads and everyone left. That was a success.
I hate cars and I hate AI. Guess what I think of this.
