I’m 100% on board with this! Although, full disclosure, I have recently come to the realization that I carry trauma from my childhood and that I survived in large part because I was able to block out so much. So I’d take a chronoscope only with very careful, intentional usage. But, it would be so amazing to get to see, from the perspective of present-day me, what went on back then!

Attachment theory is well researched and developed. And if I understand it correctly, not having your mom around after 3 months is likely to be a significant trauma which could absolutely account for current “issues”
