I said this in another thread, but i think that a lot of the value of art comes from the effort. That’s why people get so upset about some modern and postmodern art that looks ‘easy’.

I kept my home phone number and went with magic jack for very little money. That way, I only have to carry my phone when I’m out. Even then, I don’t always bring it with me or I switch it to focus mode. I’m not a paramedic and I’m never armed so I expect for a real emergency, my friends and family would probably call 911 instead of me.
