but if you get a discord image, please temporarily save it so that you can upload it here. discord, from what i know, currently deletes files from their servers every few minutes or so when they used to just be used as a free file sharing link for some reason. uploading images to this lemmy instance is a safer bet
post-wise, this is fucked up. i remember watching an animated thing from al jazeera about manufactured consent that my american teacher from uni showed to us all but realistically they aren’t 100% based. they have decent journalism related to gaza, but i do not remember the rest. it’s one of those critical support things that’s all i can safely say.
