You can flash the SLZB-06 to use Matter over Thread too. I like those because they use Ethernet and can be powered via PoE, so you can put them practically anywhere you can reach using an Ethernet cable.

Every chargeback costs the company money (usually around $10 to $50 depending on the bank) and time (dealing with the bank, collecting evidence, etc) even if they win the dispute, so they try to resolve issues without the customer involving the bank.
