I agree. I have several timbuk2 bags and the only one with significant damage is the pet carrier that my cat clawed the shit out of. The company repaired it for like $10 to cover the shipping
Can confirm, SGI still exists in Saskatchewan. It is definitely more than a couple hundred bucks a year but it is nice knowing that they don’t make a profit. They sent everyone a rebate a few years ago because they had a surplus
Also wzrd bikes does custom racks which are beautiful but I suspect are very expensive
Arkel makes some excellent quality bags. There are at least a couple racks made in Canada but they aren’t exactly your typical panier racks. Mica cycles makes the rat tail rack for bike packing, it has 3-pack mounts on the side and it’s meant to have a dry bag lashed to the top. Memento cycles makes a couple models of front rack which are super strong and built for carrying cargo or a large basket. If you have more questions about either of these, let me know, I own one of each
But it all lives in a big cheese grater

I’ll have to give that a listen!

Allegedly they cover all of Canada

You guys should try A Field Guide To Gay Animals. It’s really interesting and well produced

Also The Bridge. Sorry everything is so politics focused

Canadaland has some very good shows, in particular, openly gay animals. The Beaverton is quite good if you like political satire. The numbers, if you want to listen to some nerds talk about polls

Nice! Hopefully they do. I know in Montreal they put winter tires on at least a portion of the fleet.

Do they keep the rental bikes out in the winter?

I feel like every time I turn around the ford government is trying to make things worse in Ontario. Unless you happen to be a developer or a spa

Jpod. It’s such a good show that no one seems to remember. Not sure where you’d find it but it’s worth a watch (only one season because it’s based on a book)

Not having a tube allows the tire to flex more so it’s more compliant. It’s not that you’ll avoid punctures, but that they often seal themselves. Tubeless definitely isn’t necessary and probably isn’t super beneficial for most people but there are definite advantages for some uses.

Riding my bike to work

Looks like it’s total for the previous year

Sounds nice
I remember reading a weird pro trump op Ed in their catalogue in like 2016. It was extremely weird
