While I feel sorry for your experience, rape can ruin a life just as much and happens more often (and unpunished) than false accusations. They actually took you serious and made sure to do the proper interogations to find out people were lying. We are just asking they do the same for women who are raped.

My problem is that I want to follow a plan for a slightly faster 10k but all the plans go way to high in distance. I hope to build up to 20-30k weeks and have done 16k weeks before.
My dog did the same, so I just taught him to bring me my socks in the morning. Either yesterdays socks lying on the floor or I’ll toss a new pair on the floor for him. When he gets excited for walks he’ll bring me socks. When I come home he brings me socks. When I take my socks off because it’s hot, he’ll bring them back… but at least he doesn’t chew them anymore. And he loves the little chore.

Around 40% of fields are used to grow food for livestock, as well as a quarter of fish caught being fed to animals.
