When my phone scans a QR code it shows what the URL text is without needing to go to the URL. Any time you’re thinking about going to a link you gotta consider the risks, but if it says restrauntname.com/menu I’ll feel better about it than if it’s a url shortener
Plain, readable urls rather than using shortening services is a step in the right direction, but it won’t stop lookalike phishing.
The more concerning thing going on is Debian potentially embracing AI, which I am very much not a fan of.
Can you elaborate on this, or point me to where I can read about it? Getting away from AI was a part of the reason I ditched Windows :/
I’m glad they were able to at least make it happen in places. Chow seems to be pretty good at making shit happen in spite of the suburbs.
Trains. Even if it’s a short -ish distance it’s still usually worth it to set up the input station so it’s easier to add another field later. Plus, trains are fun. Choo choo.
