I try to even clip mine into a bit of a V (but very subtle; ~10°). Had a friend teach me that in college. It feels weird for a day or two but I haven’t had ingrown nails since.

As someone who built up a business working 80+ hrs; fuck that guy. 5 years ago I was paying part timers$26/hr and my only full time (salary) - told him 30 hrs/week max. It was my risk/investment, not theirs. I didn’t want them to get burned out. Happier employees perform better.

Almost the exact same situation here. I tested it on myself and it’s like a TENS unit. It’s been a few years and now we really only use the tone button. It was a lifesaver for training though.
