Similar specs, I was getting full lock-ups after 1-3hrs.
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Ram: 32gb
Enabled a setting in game to always reserve one cpu core for basic sys functions and haven’t crashed since. (Haven’t played the recent patches either though)

I figured out recently that you can set individual contacts to ignore silent mode, so they always ring. This is extreme power, so be careful who you choose.
Upvoting anything with Bdubs, genuinely such an amazing content creator. Just as wholesome now as when I started watching many, many, many years ago.
