Yeah I want to make every effort I can to understand it and also to help mitigate things so my spouse doesn’t feel so stressed out or beat herself up about things. It’s truly an incredibly difficult disorder to navigate and I just really feel for those who have it.

Thanks for explaining the “sheer will” part. I don’t have adhd but my spouse does so I read what I can on here to understand her disorder more so I can be more patient and empathetic. That’s something I did not really realize just from the lack of experience so that was eye opening and I thank you for it.
