He’s a teacher, he reads a lot. I’m not thinking he’s going to become Marxist or anything, but some dialectics won’t hurt him.

4·1 month agoSorry, I should’ve explained better. Physical stress and psychological stress is different. For example, one can feel very relaxed when drinking, while actually stressing the body. Another would be stressing the body to relax the mind. Think of exercise releasing endorphins.
But physical stress in one part van cause physical stress in another. Example stress on the kidneys can cause adrenaline glands to release to much adrenaline which can construct your arteries causing blood pressure to rise.
This also stresses your heart, specifically left ventricule, which overtime can cause enlarged ventricular muscle, which inhibits proper blood pump, which in turns stresses other body parts due to lack of blood supply… The list goes on.
My point is even if you don’t feel stressed, your body might be. So it’s always good to check one’s blood pressure.

3·1 month agoCould be multiple things triggering your allergies, but allergies also cause stress which can cause high blood pressure.
Also other way around. Stress van cause allergies.
My suggestion would be to measure your bp whithout headaches and with headaches. Normal range is usually within and a bit around 120 over 80.
