One company that I can recommend is Withings. They do have an companion app, but a lot of devices do work on their own, and when not, they work with Google Fit or HomeAssistant, though probably due to that fact the products are pricier.

Generell finde ich, dass das Thema mitsamt anderen relevanten Themen über Einsamkeit und Kontakt für sensiblen Themen schon längst überfällig ist, da die Gefahren vom Netz bekannt sind, aber oftmals öffentlich zugängliche Informationen sich mehr an Eltern und Ansprechpartner richtet statt direkt an Jugendliche. Es hilft auch nicht, dass diese Materialien wie Klicksafe heute weniger bekannt sind. (Ich kann mich nur an das Ding wegen der lächerlichen Werbung von 2005 erinnern.)
