THE OUTSIDER is a handmade puppet film based on the H.P. Lovecraft story. It screened at film festivals across North America during 2024-25, gaining nominations and winning a best-in-festival award.

The film was made by Portland, OR production duo Pagan Circus on a micro budget and a tight deadline. It features live puppetry (no stop motion), handmade sets and props, and a fresh, dialogue-free take on the original horror tale.
