There is a thing called culture pass in France, it allow to buy books, video games, tickets, and of course mangas.
You get 300€ when you turn 18. A lot of youngs use it to buy mangas.
Except it have been reduced from 300€ to 150€ !! No surprise that the sales dropped by 10%.
