The Safe Exchange Zone outside Cumberland City Council in Auburn is there for anyone meeting to exchange items, online purchases, or custody handovers.

When I worked in Wythenshawe (the largest council estate in Europe at the time) my team lead used to meet potential buyers for his car in the police station car park for the security. It was hairy enough just driving around there tbh
