I just got an email from “Kamala Harris” asking me to donate to the Democratic National Committee. It caused me to organize my thought on the subject and write a response. I realize that no one is going to read that email, so I thought I would post it here:

The Democratic National Committee has made its position quite clear in many ways, including its treatment of David Hogg. It continues to support the wealthy over the working class and it stands in the way of actually fixing many of the problems in our country. Moderation is not the answer to our increasingly extreme situations. Moderate amounts of fascism, a moderate lack of healthcare, moderate homelessness, and moderate levels of civil rights are not what this country needs.

I will continue to vote for progressive Democratic candidates, but I will not support the Democratic National Committee unless radical changes are made. It is certainly not doing anything to support me.

I don’t get this mockery? Like I am not out there trying to fix the Dems, but whatever I’m doing (and most likely you as well) isn’t working. Let people try things, because no one has it figured out and a diversity of tactics helps us figure out what works (and some tactics play well off of each other).

It’s the immature world view of “Whatever I don’t like is the absolute worse thing imaginable.” No room for gray areas or complicated issues. Everything has to be black and white.

Conservatives do it. The far left does it.

There’s probably some deep insecurities at the root.

LOL there is no nuance in being complicit in genocide.
You endorsing the guilty fascist-lite party probably causes you to have some deep insecurities.
What will your granchildren say when they learn old pops is the equivalent of a WW2 holocaust enabler?

      You don’t get this mockery?
I’m European, and even for me it has been obvious you’ve been treading on the same rake since forever with your silly 2 winged - uniparty politics.
Even Marx wrote about it in the 1800’s.
So why wouldn’t we mock it?
OP says he’ll just not support support the Democratic National Committee but imaginary so-called progressives in that same party designed to keep the status quo.
That is literally trying to fix the Dems.
That is not ‘trying things’ since it never worked.
But please step on that rake again and get nowhere.
The obvious answer, voting 3rd party doesn’t register with you people.
Well then you get what you deserve.

So you admit you don’t understand first past the post voting systems.

So you admit you’re one of those annoying people using the “So you admit…” irritating trick to claim some BS.

So you are just actively advocating for a worse-than-useless solution that only helps ensure the least favorable party gets more votes while arrogantly pretending you know better than the people who have to live with the results. Got it.

LOL another “So you are just actively advocating for…” followed by BS.
Can you do any other tricks?
If you can do them somewhere and fuck off.

Do you find this weak troll act fulfilling and useful? Good use of your time? Healthy outlet for your emotional issues?
