It’s perfectly fine to post inspirational pics along side the real photos. I’ve seen this done way before AI was ever a thing. Sometimes a sketch, sometimes more photorealistic. It’s meant to communicate what would be possible in the space if one were to fix it up. I think somewhere around 2001 I saw software specifically for real estate to generate interiors with different layouts and color pallets and render them photorealistic. As long as the actual images are also included, it’s totally fine.
