This is about the time where all the Cold War reserves run out. From now on, its just what Russia can build new, and thanks to years of sanctions, that’s not much.
China is still happy to deliver new parts tho afaik
So time to stop their income from their shadow fleet!
They seem to be getting almost any Western components just fine, although necessarily through middlemen, and therefore at higher prices.
Not for aviation and sightings or barrels, but some other stuff slips through of course.
