I have heard this from multiple people even when I worked at a liquor store. That when you are on an upper or something that gives you speed that you cannot get drunk. Is this true? And how?

Ah ok so you’re getting alcohol intoxicated you just don’t feel drunk. Not sure what OP meant exactly.
