'tis a lucky country. Probably doesn’t seem like it sometimes, but it really is one of the good places to be. If I were picking a place to set up for the rest of my life, it’s definitely in the top 5. Hope it stays like that in case decid to head on back to my home away from home.

But Christ is it far away from everything! 🤣 Not an ideal base for globetrotters.

      lucky country

You need to look that one up, that’s not a compliment.

That said, it is very much a lucky country in the sense the author meant it. Look at how badly our cigarette and cape policies are working and how we’ve painted ourselves in the corner we have with housing.

Oh, okay. Maybe I got a rosemary tinted view. I’m very nordic these days, but that weather and countryside and beach beauty. I miss it. The people are great too. The culture is great.

Even Australians don’t know the real story behind ‘lucky country’ and the other version stands because it’s part of the descriptor. We are fortunate with a number of things, weather, minerals, social outlook and infrastructure to name a few.

So yeah your picture is quite accurate.

            And everyone’s good looking.
