I made a triple recipe spinach quiche in a 13" Lodge skillet. It only took an extra ~30 minutes of bake time. I also used fresh spinach that I cooked to remove moisture.
I was planning on taking more photos of the different steps but I forgot. So I only have one other photo. This is about 2/3 of the spinach I used. I used a 10" skillet to cook them down.

Since Gruyere cheese is fairly expensive, I have made quiches in the past with that ingredient, I decided to try Gouda instead. While it still tasted really good it honestly doesn’t compare to Gruyere.

While this quiche is delicious, if you like bacon I think the Quiche Lorraine is even better.
