All systems seem operational per status and dash, but I have been unable to access page 2 and beyond on All sorted by New. I get flashing placeholders on the website, I get the error ‘timeout’ on my Android app (Boost).
What I’ve tried:
- sorting New on All with an account from another instance (no timeout there)
- sorting by something different than All (no issues)
- logging out and back in again (timeout again)
- trying a guest account (timeout again)
- completely reset the app
Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this?
I had same issue in Boost. Seems for me the issue was muting instead of blocking. Some kind of bug. Cleared all my muted communities and instances and for good measure, words and people, and this fixed my issue. So now i block everything but issue i have is not being able to block instances.
Edit: I will also note that some instances have a bug where they wont reload past fiirst page and is resolved as your 1st observation has made.
Thanks! I’ll give that a look. It’s funny though that blocking and muting seem to be Boost specific and using an account from another instance is no issue at all.
Edit: removed all my blocks and the issues persist
Then the instance has the bug. That was also reported in the boost for lemmy discussions.
