I can’t think of a way black can stop it no matter what he takes on his turn and I’ve staring at this longer than I care to admit now. Ok, I think the exception is if black does Qxg3, then the second move for white would be Qxh5, checkmate.

He can, but Nf5 blocks it and puts him in checkmate.
