Its crazy to me that as a “lefty gun nut” you dont want better for your fellow lefty gun nuts, hell for everyone. Youre okay with “ill compromise and sacrifice trans people if i get mine”.
The Republicans don’t care about gun rights either. Never forget Reagan and the Black Panthers. Everyone who’s not a 0.1%er is worse off with the Republicans.
Preemptively criticizing Gavin and opposing him in the Primaries but voting for him if necessary in the general election is also an option. No need to equate opposing him with handing Republicans a win.
