Maybe they should build condos people actually want to live in, not “investments”.
Genuinely, why would they do that? That is the job of government, not developers. If the objective is not to make money but to house people, you can’t get there through investment-driven development.
Investment style properties are not selling, seems like the market driven builders are not making anything.
