This isn’t actually the skeleton of St .Pancras.
It’s a “catacomb saint”, which were the bodies of presumed early Christians that were exhumed from Roman catacombs in the 16th and 17th century. They were sent abroad to become relics of certain saints, this one specifically was exhumed from underneath the San Pacrazio basilica and thus serves as a relic of St. Pancreas.
Gotta say, it’d be pretty cool to know that my skeleton got posed and put on display like this!
