    Fucking of course. These vultures were always in this to push Ukraine to war to create more opportunities for foreign capital to get their claws on more of Ukrainian resources.

    The collapse of the Soviet Union left all of eastern europe open for pillaging by the west and it has continued unabated for over 30 years now.
